Jochum is an accredited practitioner of Cognitive Edge. He has experience with close to 20 narrative projects, including the use of Sensemaker. He has written two papers on the methods, one with Dave Snowden 'stop asking questions' and one with Wim van der Noort 'Loser, Hero or Human being. Are you ready for emergent truth?'. The last paper received the ESOMAR award for best paper in the category methodology.
