In two sentences or less, what do you do?
Leadership from the heart is daring to act from a place of authenticity and energy. To create something in a powerful way, in connection to others.

And in your work: what are you most proud of?
There was a Canadian student who participated in a competition in business cases. He’d lost this same competition last year. Now he’d made it to the quarterfinals. Disaster struck and the USB got wiped. They had to do it by heart. Somehow they won! They ended up losing in the finals and getting silver. But you will always be remembered for overcoming the setback, touching hearts.

So in short, I’m impressed by my clients. They surprise me with breakthroughs they make on their own, and that’s bigger than what I could ever do. And I get to experience that a couple of times a week and think “Would you look at them!”. I sit there, quiet for a little while and I think to myself: I have a pretty freaking nice job.

What do you think about pineapple on pizza?
Terrible, don’t do it. To even suggest such a thing you must be a horrible person. Why would you kill a pineapple only to put it on a pizza?

If you could change one thing about the world, what would it be?
Wholehearted living. Who feels deeply leads greatly. This has nothing to do with circumstances, but it’s about the way your inner world is organized. Not leadership with a title, everyone can lead their own lives, personal leadership from ones own intentions and heart.

Who was your childhood idol? Are you (almost) there?
None.

It’s almost Valentine’s Day and I need some inspiration. What is your idea of an ideal or most romantic date?
It definitely has to contain some adventure. I’d really like it if the bags were already packed and everything is thought of. I’d have no idea where we were going but there are al these nice little gifts on our way to the moment supreme. If you’d ask me now, where I’d hope it would lead to, I’d say my favourite island in Greece, Myokonos. There, on the beach, there’d be cava, meditation, eating and lovemaking.
