Carmen Phillips
Carmen is the founder of On Purpose Management. British with a touch of Spanish, and an enthusiastic advisor and trainer with more than 20 years of experience in the intersection of purpose, leadership and customer experience. Carmen is also a teacher associated with post-master and post-HBO courses at Beeckestijn Business School.
Michael Cortino
As part of the BR-ND People team, Michael facilitates organisations with brand and culture transformation. As well as leading the 23plusone community to grow its impact. In addition, Michael educates professionals, students and everyone who wants to learn more about how to connect and attract meaningfully with 23plusone.
